'Harry Potter' Film Series to be Honoured by BAFTA


Everybone in this beautiful planet knows 'Harry Potter' and many people, like me, was changed their lives by this film/book series. After 10 successful years, 7 blockbuster movies, 'Harry Potter' film series is going to receive the Outstanding British contribution to cinema prize at this year's BAFTA.

According to BAFTA the film series highlighted the expertise within the British craft and technical industries. And On behalf of the franchise, the author of the book, JK Rowling and the film producer David Heyman are going to receive this award.

This year's BAFTA Film Awards, which will be broadcast by BBC one, to be be held at London's Royal Opera House on 13 February, and hosted by Jonathan Ross.
