How does it feel to be one of this year’s Celebrity Centerfolds?
Nakakatuwa, kasi nung first time ko, hindi ako kasama sa Top Ten. Kasama lang ako sa 69, three years ago siguro. Tapos this year, nung nalaman kong gusto nila akong masama sa Top Ten, honored ako na masama sa grupo.

Describe your n-ude photoshoot.
Kasalanan ng agent ko ‘yun eh (chuckles). Okay lang, nakaka-nerbiyos kasi hindi ko ine-expect na wala akong isusuot dun sa shoot. Okay naman, na-carry ko naman.

What attributes do you think girls like about you?
I’m tall, dark, and handsome.

What part of your body are you most proud of?
Sabi nila proportioned daw ‘yung katawan ko tingnan—sa ramp, sa picture.

How did you prepare for the shoot?
Actually kararating ko lang noon galing abroad. So ‘yung mind ko naka-focus pa sa trabaho. Pagdating ko, nung sinabi sa’kin ng agent ko na may shoot ako, prepared pa rin ako. Hindi ako napahinga.

1) Rica - i fogot his face na, i already erased that from my memory, etc etc... this whenever his current hms asked him about rica. during the wild pool party, when rob told them "THAT DUDE ACTUALLY KISSED ME, SORRY RICA"...but still nag sorry man, quite disappointing lang based sa pagiging gentleman nya while he was in HA.

2) Melai - i read from some posters that he was telling his current hms sa mga mali maling english ni melai (which is true, pero no need naman siguro ipamukha pa sa iba di ba, ika nga ni yuri, there's no HARD in trying...)

3) Paul Jake - na ginagamit daw ni Paul Jake ang yaman nila para mang-aba ng tao. Nagduduro (pointing fingers) sa mga tao at dinadown pa nya daw lalo ang mga taong down na nga. (hmmmm is there anymore PJ inside the house?? errr based on 24x7 naman, people will not love PJ if he is the mean guy, he is loved by many. Actually, PJ is one of the nicest guy inside the house, he's frank, straightforward, he was even telling Jason how inconsiderate he is to them nong nadamay sila sa punishment).

4) Cathy - based on your post, na sinabi nya na si Cathy won Ms Bohol and Best in Swimsuit, pero nakita nya si Cathy in 2 piece and he is telling that cathy is not sexy and like surfboard (owwww kaya pala crush na crush nya si cathy while he was in HA). Tapos kwento pa nya mga s3x talks nila ni Cathy na dapat between na lang sa kanila yun, its true that Cathy may not be so innocent afterall, but Cathy is not the bastusin type. She talks vulgar but never acts to it.

The guys then speculate whether Cathy might have meant or said 80 million instead of 8 and perhaps they just misheard or she mispronounced. Kätlin says 8 million is the population of Manila, 90 million the whole country.

Then they're imagining how well it would fit a wedding. Aso and Toni are quarreling over the place of standing beside Kätlin as a mock groom. Aso complains that Toni's beanie cap is not suitable for the occasion.

From 2:00 onwards the girls are discussing the corset and how to tie it to the correct tightness, wondering if Kätlin will be able to sit down while wearing it. (Kätlin tests this and doesn't find it difficult.) They're also complimenting on the dress some more and saying it's stylish without being at all too exaggerated or extravagant like some dresses could be.

Possible uses for the dress are mentioned: weddings (as a bride), The Presidential Independence Day Ball, classy parties, etc.

More compliments follow. Kätlin is about to use one side of the bedframe as a catwalk and Aso and Toni are again fighting over who can walk Kätlin down it. She doesn't walk it in the end, though, but wanders off to check out what else she has got in her wardrobe.

Near the end of the clip we also hear Big Brother announcing: "This is Big Brother. 30 minutes to the live (eviction) show." (This is the show where the housemates were shown the PBB/BBF video montages from the exchange week and where Saranna had to leave the house.)

Kätlin: You know, I'd want to... when I packed my things as I knew I'd be sent back, I thought "Oh! I want so much to go back to BB" (something about time and money)
Sami: To the Philippines?
Kätlin: Yeah.
Sami: We were also, like, planning that we might go--
Kätlin: Because they would accommodate you so you wouldn't need to pay but for the ticket or so, in principle--
Sami: I was planning too a bit that--
Aso: We'd like to go--
Sami: --the whole gang, like, there... when the BB (season) like, ends there--
Kätlin: Yeah.
Sami: --some time next year.
Kätlin: Yeah.
Aso: It ends in February.
Kätlin: Yeah, in February.
Sami: We'll go to welcome Cathy (to the real world) when she wins the whole sh#t.
Toni: When she wins a million euros.
Aso: How much do they actually win?
Kätlin: They'll win... their prize is, is it like... about 15.000 euros?
Sami: Oh, really?
Kätlin: They get... they earn... their normal wage is about 100 euros per month.
The guys: (saying something all at the same time)
Aso: It's a really big amount of money there, then.
Kätlin: You can't say for sure, last year they were given cars--
Sami: Yeah, a house?
Kätlin: --and something, I don't know, it like changes every time, every time a bit different I think.
Aso: 15... 100 euros per month?
Sami: Yeah, but there it's--
Kätlin: But it's really popular there, you know, you'll be so famous, you know, you're so famous after BB that-- in Finland you're nothing; a nobody.
Stephania: Yeah, nothing. You'll just be a small time celeb.
Kätlin: Mmh. But it's a really big thing there. But they had really, like, there was a diverse bunch of people in the house; all kinds. Everybody was... like so different from each other.

From 6:00 onwards she talks about clothes, then the daily and weekly tasks in the PBB houses (the cultural variety show thing).

She goes on listing the different dances she learned (coconut dance, bamboo dance, etc.) and shows the moves of the candle dance, which was "really nice!", according to her.

She then relates how Melissa spoke tagalog to her when she was explaining the dances, and Kätlin had hard time understanding her (someone shouting "mahal kita!" on the background at this point, Kätlin responding to it.)

Then Kätlin shows how Melissa gave her various cues during the dances,(capturing Melissa's body language pretty well, methinks!), and says "She was sooo funny!" :D

At 8:20 they start a proper dialog again.

Antti: Did you have to cook Finnish food for them? Or did you have that kind of a task?
Kätlin: Um... I made them, when I changed the houses, I woke up really early and made plov -- I didn't really make Finnish food -- and mashed potatoes.
Antti: Right.
Kätlin: And they don't have, they don't have like an oven, or whisks, or a blender, they don't have much-- their frying pan is like, you need to pour this much oil on the bottom so that it doesnt burn, and the ingredients are fried in oil.
Stephanie: Right.
Antti: Did you like the Filipino food, in general?
Kätlin: Yes, I did! I was left with, like, so positive... like, the entire trip, the whole package was thoroughly positive! Really warm people... Somehow they make you feel cared for, and they do things together.
Antti: Yeah, Cathy said too that Filipinos have a warm heart for Filipinos.
Kätlin: Really, really warm, yeah. They work together for a common goal. And if they have visitors, they'll give you even their last bit of food, and their own bed.
Antti: Right.
Kätlin: They're, like, really hospitable people.

Vappu: Aso!
Aso: Yeah?
Vappu: Why did you seem to take it so hard when Cathy left?
Aso: Well... Cathy was so cute and kind girl, and it was easy to get used to her presence... even though she only stayed with us for a short while. Regardless, she left a big, empty spot in the midst of us... so naturally... I cried for all that.
Vappu: Did you perhaps have a romantic crush on her?
Aso: No... no, actually I didn't. She became such close a person to me (close to the heart, as if a dear friend or family member) that the thought didn't even enter my mind.
Vappu: Dana.
Dana: Yea.
Vappu: What do you think was the reason for you and Cathy becoming so close friends?
Dana: I don't kno-- maybe the fact we're both Asian! (Chuckles) I don't know... I just got this feeling she was like a sister to me... A little sister, even though she's actually two days older than me. I don't know... I just immediately felt like a connection with her.
Vappu: Dana, what will you be missing about Cathy the most?
Dana: Umm, her openness and sincerity. She is really different (in a good way) from all the rest of us... Or it was just that, she was so enthusiastic and inspired about everything... and she, like, really put her faith in people, and bestowed her trust on us.
Vappu: Stephania.
Stephania: Hiya.
Vappu: Has Cathy been the closest housemate to you in the BB house?
Stephania: (Giggles nervously, as she was surprised about the question... then makes a more serious face, stopping to really think about it:) Um... well, no... but surely one of the closest.
Vappu: Esa A!
Esa A: What's up.
Vappu: How do you feel Cathy changed the life in the BB house?
Esa A: (Pauses to think a bit, looking amused about the question.) Ohh.... Well, perhaps we all became this... a bit more caring and compassionate fellowship... at least for a while.
Vappu: Would you have liked the exchange to have gone on longer?
Esa A: Personally... speaking English and learning more about different cultures are things I enjoy doing... so that would be a yes.
Vappu: So, you're saying Kätlin could have stayed away longer...?
Esa A: (Smiling) If we have to put it that way, I (still) can't answer but yes. (Laughter from the studio audience, Kätlin is sitting right beside Esa and seen laughing too.)


Vappu: Kätlin!
Kätlin: Yeah.
Vappu: Would you have liked to stay longer in the Philippines?
Kätlin: (Nodding vigorously and wiping tears from her eyes... still looking happy, though.) Now I got all emotional! (Laughs) Yes. (Still nodding, now looking almost sad.)
Vappu: And just why is that?
Kätlin: Umm... (Again wiping tears, smiling:) Just a moment, please... (Vigorously flapping her hands before her eyes as if they were two little fans, trying to dry out her remaining tears.) I liked it so much! This was just an incredible experience, I would never have expected this to happen to me... And I... I somehow grew really really close to all the housemates there. Of course I would have liked to stay longer if it... if it only had been possible.
Vappu: What was the best part of your trip?
Kätlin: (Still wiping her face) Specifically that I was given the opportunity to get acquainted with new people, and got to see a different culture. (Nodding to herself.)
Vappu: Kätlin, which things were better in the PBB houses than in the BBF house?
Kätlin: I can't make that kind of a comparison. I think both houses are, like, in their own way, like--
Vappu: Say one thing which was better in the Philippines than in Finland.
Kätlin: (Taking a brief pause to think about it.) Maybe that sense of commu-- for example, when we were having a dinner, everyone helped with clearing the table and cleaning up later on. Everything was done together. They didn't have this... some individuals doing the cleaning and some others just wandering off the table. They had that co-operative spirit. That was the thing that was different there.
Vappu: Esa A!
Esa A: Yea.
Vappu: Has Kätlin been relating about her experiences in the Philippines enough?
Esa A: (Smiling teasingly) She has brought before us lots of experiential/emotional evidence. (Pause) Personally, I could perhaps be yearning for a more matter-of-factly reporting style... (shrugging apologetically, still smiling:) But that's just meee....
Vappu: Would you still like to hear more stories from Kätlin about her trip?
Esa A: (Smiling:) Of course I would.
Vappu: Sami.
Sami: Yeah?
Vappu: Was it OK with you that Kätlin was allowed to go on this trip?
Sami: I reckon that was definitely the best choice. Käpsy is so easily approachable and a lovely person that... if need be, she can be sent off, say, all the way to the Moon.
(A brief pregnant pause. Then laughter from the studio audience. Kätlin is bursting into a giggle too.)
Sami: (Drowned in the laughter but trying to mumble something to explain his idea better:) Not that I would--
Vappu: Would you have liked to go to the Philippines yourself?
Sami: It would have been... a really great and nice thing (nodding while looking down at his feet)
Vappu: Sami, if you had been to the Philippines, would you think you could have drawn that level of attention towards yourself?
Sami: Hard to say.
Vappu: Thank you, housemates. We will get back to you later.

YUCKIE: Ang malamang na muling pagkatalo ng Original Housemate ng House A na nasa House B na ngayon, baka piliin ni Kätlin ang mga nasa House A ngayon kasi mas warm daw ang atmosphere daw doon ayon sa kanya. Halata naman na mas winelcome siya roon cause most people there know how to speak English. Sadyang malas ba ang HOuse B (as in the house mismo) o sadyang malas si Carol.
